By the Civic Museums of Venice, is staged a major exhibition dedicated to the Armenian culture, organized for the Fifth Centenary of the first book printed in Armenian language, here in Venice – along year 1512 -.

The celebrations for the Madonna della Salute was established in memory of a terrible plague, that hit Venice during 1630-31 biennium, and the subsequent vow by the Doge to obtain the intercession of the Virgin Mary.
A century of venetian pearls and glass handworks , make with the oxyhydrogen technique in one of the oldest and most famous Murano Factory, the “Ercole Moretti and Brothers”.
Also this year the city of Venice propose the Christmas Market. In the historical centre, in “ Campo S. Stefano “, from early days of December until the Christmas Eve, will be staged the event “Christmas in the Lagoon” and, thanks to the effort of the Artisans Association, there will be installed 30 wooden houses, a fine reproduction of the ones used in the northern Europe countries.
Thanks to an agreement between the Ermitage museum of Saint Petersburg and the Venice Academia Art Galleries, it will be possible, to visit an exposure entirely dedicated to the Venetian painter Lorenzo Lotto.
That will be held from the 24th of November 2011 to the 26th of February 2012.
From the 7th until the 22nd of November, at the Slovenian’s Exposition Centre of Venice, is it possible to assist at the personal exhibition of the Slovenian artist Ibro Hasanović (winner of the 5th edition of “Arte Laguna of Venice Award” with the video clip: “The title of this film is…I cannot remember the name”).
