Biennale 2010: the first time of Rwanda.

Vegetal fibres as characters of the Architecture Exposition in Venice.

For the first time in the history of the Biennale, the african state of Rwanda will have this year its own space of exposition!!!

Characters: The vegetal fibres. Between tradition and innovation.
The commissioner (and co-curator with Bettina Shol-Sabbatini), will be Mr. Morpurgo. The exposition is entitled “Moebius” and will be located in the Palazzo Mangilli-Valmarana, a few steps from Campo Santi Apostoli, and in the Magazzini Ligabue 7 in the Dorsoduro Sestiere. Cultural exchanges will be made with italian students and people from Rwanda, a people profoundly attached at the handicraft.
